Lubricative Processing Aid ZB-175 ZB-101

ZB-175 ZB-101 is a polymer type of HMW multifunctional processing aid with property of external lubricant and promotion fusion. It is the substitute of traditional lubricant. It is white powder. It can be dissolved in ketone and chloroform, but not in water and alcohol.

2.ZB-101

Main Application：To be used in all kinds of rigid PVC products. Such as thin film, sheet, pipe, fitting, window profile etc. It is fit for many kinds of techniques, such as blow moulding, extrusion, calendar, Injection etc

Typical Characteristic：Good metal release on basis of maintaining inherent transparency, thus extend the running period of the machine. There is not isolation while over dosing so the difficulty of adjusting formulation is reduced greatly compared to other external lubricant.

Package and storage

Packed in weaved bag, lined with a PE bag, 25kgs in weight. It can be stored in a cool and dry place with good ventilation. The expiring date is 12 months from the date of produced.
